nokialib is a C shared library (cf Ian Goldberg's document : http://www.isaac.cs.berkeley.edu/pilot/GLib/GLib.html) for PalmPilot. It has been developed with the prc-tools (gcc under Linux). It implements parts of (undocumented) Nokia communication protocol. It is born from the idea of porting gnokii (http://gnokii.org/) on PalmOS... It has been tested only whith a 6150. It facilitates developpment of applications to manage names, numbers, agenda, SMS,... between Palm and phone.

It's written for PalmOS 2.x and use no "System Use Only" functions...

• IR communication at 115200 b/s
• setup the communication to use Nokia protocol
• generates and parses Nokia frames
• manages frame numbering and retransmission

• designed to support PalmOS port of fbus-6110.c (from gnokii)
